Introduction: Contemporary scholars believe that critical thinking provides the learner with the ability to understand and evaluate new knowledge, which relates to a variety of extrinsic factors, including academic self-concept and classroom structure. Accordingly, the present study aimed to investigate the relationship between academic self-concept and classroom structure with critical thinking in medical students of Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences.
Materials and Methods: The present study was a descriptive correlational study. The population of this study included all medical students of Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences in 2018-19 was 250 people. A total of 148 people were selected by systematic random sampling. The required data were collected using standard questionnaires of critical thinking, academic Self-Concept and Classroom Structure. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation and regression analysis with SPSS20.
Results: The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables of academic self-concept and critical thinking (r = 0.519; p≤0.001) and this variable explains 25.4% of changes in students' critical thinking. Also, the research findings indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables of class structure and critical thinking (r = 0.628; p≤0.001) and this variable is able to explain 22.4% of changes in students' critical thinking.
Conclusion: Academic self-concept and classroom structure play a role in the development of students 'critical thinking, and can lead to students' academic success. Thus, with increasing levels of academic self-concept and improve the structure of the classroom can provide them develop critical thinking.

The present study examine The relationship between Information and Communication Technology and Organizational Agility with the mediating role of Targeted Organizational Forgetting among the employees of Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences. The method of research is descriptive and its type is correlation with an emphasis on structural equations. The population consisted of all employees of Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences (205 persons) that 134 peoples were selected using on cochrane formula based.That sample was selected by Systematic sampling. The data was collected through ict Muharrampor, Organizational Agility by Sharifi & Zhang,Targeted Organizational Forgetting by Mahmoudvand questionnaires. To evaluate validity and reliability of the questionnaires we used Cronbach Alpha coefficient The Pearson correlation and structural equation modeling (SEM) was used for data analyzing. The results showed that:1) There is a significant and positive relationship between the Ict and Organizational Agility. 2) There is a significant and positive relationship between the Ict and Targeted Organizational Forgetting. 3) There is a significant and positive relationship between the Targeted Organizational Forgetting and Organizational Agility. 4) Targeted Organizational Forgetting playing a mediating role in relationship between Ict and Organizational Agility and 45% of Organizational Agility was predicted by Ict with the mediation of Targeted Organizational Forgetting.

Background and aim: Communication skills are a set of skills that can lead to an optimal interaction between individuals and groups within the organization and provide ground for professional ethics and staff procrastination. Accordingly, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of training of communication skills with religious approach to professional ethics and occupational hardship of employees.Materials and methods: This study is experimental and used pretest-posttest with control group. The statistical population of the study consisted of administrative staff of Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences in 1395, 80 of them were selected by simple random sampling and randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups (40 individuals each). The intervention group received 6 sessions of 90 minutes and during 6 weeks, they received communication skills with religious approach training and did not see the educational control group. For collecting data, standard questionnaires of professional ethics and procrastination were used. For analyzing data, SPSS-22 software and descriptive and inferential statistical methods (ANCOVA) were used.Results: The results showed that communication skills training with religious approach had a positive and significant effect on the professional ethics (F = 5.33, P
